Pressure-washed, filled, primed and stained our all-cedar home’s entire exterior, including a detached wood shed.
First, this our fifth job from these folks, so we knew what we were getting into. One of the owners, Paul, came a week before the actual work was to be done and pressure washed the exterior of our home so that it would be clean and dry when the “crew” arrived. A week later the crew arrived to fill holes, cracks, etc. and mask windows prior to the actual painting (staining).
We had agreed that we would remove all of the exterior light fittings, electrial box covers, etc., to expedite their work, which we did after the pressure wash.
The job took a little longer than expected, but we didn’t mind. We keep having these guys back because the do excellent work and they are actually fun to have on the property. Both owners…Kurt and Paul…are delightful people to deal with and their crews, in our experience, are professional and pleasant to have around the house.
And, each evening when they are through for the day, they clean up all of their tools and equipment so that we can enjoy our home that evening before they start again the next morning.
They “guarantee” satisfaction and, today, they showed off that promise. In the prior four jobs there had never been a need for a “call back”, but this one was complicated enough by our home’s architecture that a couple of places were missed. Paul was back here in a flash to touch up the missed bits, even though we had already paid for the completed job.
As every time before, we are utterly satisfied with the job done. The price ain’t cheap, but you do get what you paid for!
